Weekly Wrap-up 2007_18

The weather was typical for spring, varying sunny days with rainy ones.

Rich installed the Mac mini in the living room, hooked up to the new monitor. Wow! We bought a wireless mouse and a wireless keyboard. This is so cool!

It rained on Wednesday morning. I didn't take the hooded jacket because it was warmish; I also didn't think to grab an umbrella (my brain takes a while to boot up in the morning). So, I got a little bit wet. It wasn't raining very hard. The worst was waiting for the signal to cross the street after I got out of the shuttle bus. I missed the light and had to wait through a whole cycle. The weather chose that moment to rain harder.

Rich took a short weekend trip down south to visit his Dad. The cats and I had a relaxing weekend at home.

This week I finished reading Handbags and Halos, a light comedy by Bernadette Strachen. I also finished reading The Wizard Hunters, the 1st book in a trilogy by Martha Wells. The 3rd book finally came out so I can read the set!

In between and around the rest, I've had almost enough naps and plenty of snuggles with the cats. There have been good meals and interesting conversations with Spouse and friends. Rich's brother was in the area, taking a week-long class at Apple. We had dinner with him a couple of nights.

Onward and Upward.
