Treasures 2004_39

Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words,

I hope you'll consider starting your own list of Treasures. These are my Treasures for the past week.

• Waking to Raven patting my feet, chewing on my heel, nibbling on my toes...
• Fireworks! - a small but handsome display over a ball field (HS football?) near the freeway as we drove home from dinner in San Francisco on Friday night.
• More Scion spotting
• A car ahead of me on the boulevard - they had been to the lumber yard and purchased a dozen 10 or 12 foot 2 by 6s which they had put into the car through the sunroof! I guess that's one use for a sunroof. I hope they weren't going to pass under any low-hanging tree branches.
• The way my teeth feel after the trip to the dental hygeinist
• A woman who works for a company on the floor above mine came into work on Friday in green slippers that looked like frogs, with gold lame crowns. She said "It's slipper day"
• Raven requesting a snuggle on Friday night as I sat reading.
• The Star Wars Trilogy is FINALLY available on DVD! WooHoo
