Ghirardelli Vanilla Dream

Some white chocolate is just sweet nothing. That's what a lot of people think when they hear "white chocolate". It's not chocolate, they say. It's just cocoa butter and sugar. But... not all white chocolate is the same.

Some is actually quite yummy, smooth and sweet and satiny. Ghirardelli Sublime White Vanilla Dream is such a bar. It has a rich taste with more than a hint of vanilla. It's cream colored, not pure white, sprinkled with specks of vanilla bean.
