Batter Blaster
Batter Blaster — Pancakes for breakfast in 5 minutes. No mess, no fuss, minimal cleanup.
I've been meaning to try this ever since I saw an advertisement. I finally bought a can and I'm glad I did. The pancakes are tasty and, even better, easy to make especially if you want just enough, but not too much. And there's no cleanup other than the pan and the plate.
Using Batter Blaster does take some getting used to. Unlike whipped cream, you don't want to mound the batter! Also, the can is a bit large (both diameter and length) to hold comfortably in one hand.
I bet I could even make blueberry pancakes by dropping blueberries onto each little batter blob. Something to try next time.
Lid, nozzle and steel can are recyclable. Check your grocer's dairy case. Read a review (with links to others) at The Impulsive Buy.
