set of talents. You can regard them as gifts since you simply
receive them. Everything else you learn in your life are skills. You
can change your skills, improve them, and add new ones. You have all
your life to do so. Your talents, however, won't change. You have

Background
A Talents Assessment exercise works like this.
From the list of talents, select those you exhibit.
Mark each talent in the
list as High (extremely proficient or exhibited frequently),
medium (fair or sometimes),
or low (not something you posess) in terms of your life. Then count the
number of "High" marks. In this exercise, the more the merrier.
Prioritize the list from highest proficiency to lowest. What are you
best at?
