I forgot to mention that we upgraded to TWiki 4.0 in February. If you don't use the TWiki this will have little effect on your life.
If you do use the CFCL TWiki, I have reinstalled the default "skin". This solves some very strange spacing and other look&feel problems we had after the upgrade.
We apologize for the recent downtime of email and web services.
We had been having some odd behaviour - the UPSs were clicking. Then V. noticed that there was a slight blink in the lights whenever that happened. We called PG&E (on Thursday); they came out and found a broken "neutral" wire in our power line. At their recommendation, we turned off all of the computers overnight. PG&E came out and fixed the line on Friday morning.
On Friday night, we had a lightning storm and lost power again for an hour. The power cut out again at least once overnight Friday/Saturday. We have UPSs but they won't hold out for an hour. :-(
We apologize for the inconvenience.
